The project was developed with a Battersea Community Group. It was profiled by the BBC and the GLA as an inspirational community-led scheme.
Hafer Road was a truly unique project. We worked with a collective of 8 residents to demolish their building and build a new residential block, which they then moved back into and sold the balance of flats.
Recent coverage on the BBC showcased Hafer Rd 'On The Rise' development as a great example of neighbours working together to create more housing for London.
