This mixed-use scheme is notable for the complexity of construction. It is in the courtyard of an existing listed building, on the contaminated site of old tannery pits, above the Jubilee Line and directly adjacent to 12 lines of track entering London Bridge station.
It was however an extremely successful project and short-listed for an Evening Standard Award.
