On Friday 21st May Oliver and Alex Kuropatwa had the pleasure of showing Deputy Mayor of London Tom Copley around The London Mews, Finchley. Such a fantastic opportunity for Kuropatwa to talk about our hopes and ambitions to delivery much more unique, design-led housing on public land.
Piling has started this month at our project in Nine Elms. With extremely challenging ground conditions, familiar to most in construction in this area, piling on this very tight site in Vauxhall in some parts is 26 metres deep. Keep up with developments on this site over the coming months here.

Work continues across all sites. We are following strict Government procedures put in place due to COVID-19, and continue to ensure that no member of staff, or the public will be put at risk. Great coverage of the Hafer Rd 'On The Rise' development on the BBC. It was a unique community-led project that we delivered in partnership with the existing residents of a block of flats, all of whom took apartments in the completed scheme. A great example of neighbours working together to create more housing for London.

We were delighted to receive the Award for Best New Place to Live at the London First Building Planning Awards for our Beechwood Mews project.
We hosted Graeme Craig and the team from Transport for London at Beechwood Avenue to announce the commencement of construction. The project, part of a Mayor of London housebuilding programme, has already won an NLA Award, and delivery is now racing ahead.
Our development at Beechwood Mews in Finchley, with TfL, is the winner of Best Unbuilt Housing Development at the New London Architecture Awards.
