95 Peckham Road is a residential scheme built on the site of a former Petrol Station in South East London.
The challenge was to work on a very tight site adjacent to a Red Route with the inevitable environmental challenges of building on a former petrol station.
The design was also unusual with a 'ziggurated' Reinforced Concrete apartment block, some incredible cantilevered balconies, very little stacking of units and an extensive range of windows and terraces.
From demolition to PC, the project took 18 months and the quality of the build helped it to win the New London Architecture Housing Award for 2020.
